International Project Manager

We are looking for an International Project Manager who will oversee customer experiences and operational delivery of Data Centre projects across various countries, as well as support the on-boarding of country teams and coaching of local Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of all customer projects, encompassing both Digital Buildings and Data Centre projects
• Partner with project management teams to create and implement the Project Management Plan, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements set by the Project Sponsor
• Develop project reports indicating project deliverables and milestones
• Ensure all Project Management Plan scope, schedule, resource and budget targets are met in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely and prompt manner, maintaining corrective action plans until project closure
• Attend to any issues that arise in the project, escalating where necessary
• Manage all Data Centre projects in the region in line with the organization’s aligned execution approach, Engineering Standards, documentation etc.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in project management overseeing large and critical buildings with sub-contract installation packages
• Possess proven proactiveness and leadership experience of project management teams
• Experience in construction, data center architecture, life sciences, or healthcare would be a plus
• Strong experience with deploying Digital Building and Digital Power offers
• Familiarity with energy automation (BMS, Energy Power Management) systems would be ideal
• Strong communication skills to influence local teams and manage stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and be based at project sites to oversee critical project milestones
