mailing address, telephone numbers, email address and other contact details; resume, educational qualifications, professional qualifications and certifications and employment references; employment and training history;
salary information and bank account details;
work-related health issues and disabilities;
photographs online obtained through private subscription platforms or public access information gathered through professional networking sites;
demographic data as a result of a poll/questionnaire/survey, assessment, enquiry, comments made
online/offline interaction data we have had with you

If you are a client/potential client, we may collect your name, title, contact details, comments, requests of our service, or other information that you provide us for the purpose of business interaction and/or for the fulfilment of service delivery and business transaction.

assessing and evaluating your suitability for employment/appointment or continued employment/appointment in any position within our organization or for our clients; and
facilitating our compliance with any laws, customs and regulations which may be applicable to us.
By submitting your CV/resume/contact details to us or through any third-party job boards, you have thereby granted us permission to contact you for the purpose of providing you with career opportunities. We explicitly state that we are not under obligation to present you to our clients. We reserve the right to consider your candidature and will take appropriate measures to safe-keep your data.
You may notify us that you no longer wish to consent to the purposes for which your consent was deemed by notification by withdrawing your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data in relation to the above purposes.

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process and effect your request within ten (10) days of receiving it.

Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within ten (10) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your access request within thirty (30) days after receiving your access request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.
