We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee and manage structural design works across a large-infrastructure project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing design packages, coordinating with relevant consultants and authorities, and providing technical leadership to resolve design and engineering challenges on-site.

Job Responsibilities
- Review design packages and prepare/approve shop drawings for RC structural works and temporary works
- Design temporary works such as scaffolding, falsework, and formwork in relation to structural design requirements
- Coordinate structural design works with relevant parties including civil consultants, accredited checkers, architectural/SWC consultants, the construction team, and authorities where required
- Lead or assist the project department in resolving design-related matters
- Manage and resolve issues relating to production, quality, design and engineering, and project scheduling
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in civil and structural works
- Possesses a lifting certificate
- Mandatory experience in infrastructure projects; experience on LTA projects or underground roadway projects is an advantage
- Experience in design management and coordination with consultants on structural engineering matters; background in a consultancy environment is an added advantage
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, including STAAD and AutoCAD or Microstation
- Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirements and submission processes
- Open to working 5.5D (Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
