As a Site HR & Admin Executive, you will manage both the operational HR and administrative duties at construction sites to ensure smooth site operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive all general HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee confirmation, payroll preparation and processing, overtime payments processing, employee welfare matters, offboarding processes, etc.
- Review and shortlist resumes, arrange interviews, and assist in other aspects of recruitment activities
- Responsible for site TOLQ and worker matters, such as handling workman injury claims and maintaining occupancy nominal rolls
- Oversee training sessions for all site staff and workers, including onboarding for new hires
- Manage office fixed assets inventory, monitor monthly office expenses, and verify supplier invoices
- Ensure compliance of HR processes with site requirements
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant site HR experience in the construction industry
- Have a sound understanding of staff and workers’ payroll calculation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work at construction site office
