Senior Executive, Human Resources

This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR, focusing on payroll and employee experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the full spectrum of HR operational delivery policies and processes for entire employee experience, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefit, employee engagement etc
  • Design and implement compensation strategies and performance management systems to position organisation as an employer of choice
  • Review and recommend change to HR & Admin policies in accordance with Employment Act, regulations and organisation’s goals to maintain competitiveness
  • Ensure the smooth execution and management of all HR & Admin matters including HR management reporting and yearly quality assurance audit
  • Provide strategic support and leadership to senior management and organization on HR matters

Job requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Proven experience in payroll is a must
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and organizational skills to develop and streamline HR processes
