Segment Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Segment Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing key Semiconductor accounts and executing growth strategies. As a Segment Sales Manager, you will drive and develop business opportunities as well as provide value-added solutions to customers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies for targeted Semiconductor accounts in Singapore
  • Identify and close opportunities in the Semiconductor segment, partnering with key stakeholders to offer comprehensive solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to develop robust location strategies and other business partnering opportunities for their organisations
  • Conduct strategic account planning and build and maintain effective pipelines for business opportunities and growth
  • Conduct sales forecasting and records maintenance, resolving sales collection issues
  • Ensure the achievement of profitable sales volume and strategic objectives targets for accounts

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing large accounts with strategic selling in the semiconductor technology to Fabs and Semiconductor industry
  • Familiarity with electrical and/or power distribution, particularly in low voltage/medium voltage, would be a plus
  • Strong communicator with excellent influencing skills to facilitate customers to appreciate total solutions in improving power and performance on production floor
