Regional Real Estate Business Development Executive

Our client is seeking a Regional Real Estate Business Development Executive to be responsible the identification and development of business opportunities, facilitating the expansion of their real estate portfolio in the APAC region. This role will play a key part in conducting market intelligence research, assessing investment opportunities, establishing and fostering strong connections with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform market intelligence research on prospective clients, strategic partners, competitors, and the industry to identify potential business opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Conduct market analyses (i.e. tracking of market trends) to facilitate investment decisions of various asset classes in APAC.
- Possess APAC real estate knowledge in the infrastructure development process, regulatory landscape and financing facilities.
- Draft and present business proposals and marketing materials and seek final approval from senior management.
- Assist in negotiations with government agencies, partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and foster relationships with business partners, government agencies, and other relevant authorities for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with HQ and other APAC offices.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate business development.
- Strong business acumen, communication and analytical skills.
- Secure profitable business opportunities and expand real estate portfolio.
- Possess knowledge on regional government and statutory authorities’ regulations, submission/approval processes.
