M&E Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to manage and support mechanical and electrical works on-site, ensuring all installations meet required standards and project timelines. In this position, you will be the key liaison between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper coordination and quality execution of M&E systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination efforts between M&E consultants and system-wide contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage approvals and site installation processes with M&E subcontractors.
• Handle documentation and approvals for system-wide contractors sign-off for  drawings and MEP clearance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of M&E installations.
• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate updates and requirements to the site construction team.
• Make necessary updates to detailed BIM models using Revit when required.
• Assist the Design Manager with project-specific tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination; prior work on LTA MRT projects is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D drafting.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, including drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
• Able to work collaboratively within a project team and communicate effectively across disciplines.
