Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all surveying activities across construction projects. In this role, you will conduct land and site surveys, manage survey data, and work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate measurements and mapping in support of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all surveying activities and setting out works for the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
•  Perform topographic and boundary surveys as required
• Utilize modern surveying equipment and software to collect, process, and analyse survey data
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders to align survey activities with project timelines and objectives
• Communicate survey findings clearly to the construction team, providing instructions and guidance based on survey data
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to survey data and site measurements
•  Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all survey activities, including regular audits to verify data accuracy
• Ensure all survey instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation, maintaining organized records in both electronic and hard copy formats
•  Provide regular progress updates and findings to project management

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a land surveying role
• Prior experience in land surveying and setting out works on Singapore LTA, rail, or large-scale construction projects is preferred
• Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD
  
• Willing to work a 6 Days work week, 8am-6pm.
