Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Development and Marketing team to win new assignments, to achieve growth and revenue targets for the business of Building Services.
  • Review pitches, support bids, vet RFP/RFI, pricing & solutioning reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Actively enable Business Development team at meetings and negotiations
  •  Leverage on CRM systems & tools to identify gaps and opportunities by tracking all aspects of sales lifecycle.
  • Developed market intelligence, including information on competitors’ market activities, industry trends to spot market gaps

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
  • 10-12 years of experience as a business development / sales manager in real estate or Building Services industry
  • Proven experience in bid management and submission of RFP
  • Possess a network of contacts across customers in the Building Services industry
  • Driven and passionate to win new accounts and takes a long term approach to sustain business
