Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Development and Marketing team to win new assignments, to achieve growth and revenue targets for the business of Building Services.
- Review pitches, support bids, vet RFP/RFI, pricing & solutioning reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Actively enable Business Development team at meetings and negotiations
- Leverage on CRM systems & tools to identify gaps and opportunities by tracking all aspects of sales lifecycle.
- Developed market intelligence, including information on competitors’ market activities, industry trends to spot market gaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
- 10-12 years of experience as a business development / sales manager in real estate or Building Services industry
- Proven experience in bid management and submission of RFP
- Possess a network of contacts across customers in the Building Services industry
- Driven and passionate to win new accounts and takes a long term approach to sustain business
