We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to oversee the review, coordination, and technical management of geotechnical works across project stages. The position supports design assessment, authority submissions, site coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with consultants, authorities, and site teams to ensure geotechnical works are executed in accordance with approved designs and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities
- Review and manage design for geotechnical works including ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and slope works.
- Interpret soil investigation data and assess ERSS toe levels.
- Conduct feasibility and optioneering studies for geotechnical solutions.
- Review and interpret Instrumentation & Monitoring (IM) data; coordinate with consultants to address issues.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, authorities, QPS, and consultants.
- Provide construction support, including preparation and review of shop drawings and coordination with site teams.
- Support authority submissions and approvals (e.g. LTA, DBC, PUB) related to geotechnical works and impact assessments.
- Support LTA Project Safety Review processes (PSR, CDSS, CNSS).
- Assist in pile load tests (ultimate and working load) and pumping tests.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing LTA projects in the construction industry.
- Proficient in geotechnical engineering software (e.g. PLAXIS, Geoslope) and CAD.
- Willing to work 5.5 day / alternate 6 day work week (8am – 6pm)
