Looking to grow your career in a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization within the real estate and warehousing sector? As a Finance Assistant, you will assist the documentation and analysis of secured loans, as well as conduct credit and loan testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the loan documentation process by collecting, preparing, and organizing required documents such as resolutions, covenants, security bonds, and more.
- Conduct stress tests on secured loans to evaluate the creditworthiness and potential risks associated with debt transactions.
- Perform credit testing to assess the financial stability and risk profile of borrowers, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, facilitate signatures, and ensure smooth transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Possess experience with loan documentation for secured loans
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, present documentation, and assist in the smooth flow of transactions.
