Digital Analytics Marketing Manager ( 1 Yr Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage brand review projects
- Plan, manage, monitor and report on digital experience, digital adoption for key markets including data identification and data profiling
- Using the above data to drive insights and formulate funnel strategies for different personas to improve business for various markets
- Pilot test and learn projects and refine marketing ROI
- Manage brand assets and implment end-to-end strategy with the support of media agencies and vendors
- Drive the various Brand and Content Management projects by ensuring project budgets and KPIs are met
- Track and monitor performance using performance tools, e.g. social listening tools
- Analyze programs and provide an overview of the digital analytics and reports of the areas of improvements, problems and risks and suggest ideas to increase traction
- Work with regional digital analytics lead to ensure all requirements are planned, tracked and optimized
- Partner with local and regional business (in APAC) and technology teams to identify, gather requirements, documentation and prioritization of new requests / features / functions to be added / enhanced to the global platform
Requirements:
- Must possess at least 6 – 7 years of experience in driving digital analytics in marketing and branding
- Great business acumen, analytical approach to tactical and strategic goals of the organisation
- Proven Program Management and Project Management experience of at least 5 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in facilitation and coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management to influence key stakeholders
