Corporate Finance & Credit Analyst

Here is an opportunity to be an Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s M & A efforts, building the financial strategy, and assist in structuring and executing debt transactions. In this role, you will analyse and develop optimal models and facilitate debt transactions of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the structuring, negotiating, and executing of debt transactions, encompassing bonds, loans, etc.
• Conduct detailed debt modelling to give insights into optimal debt issuance strategies
• Conduct stress tests on the secured loans and credit testing
• Ensure compliance of the organisation’s credit portfolio aligns with organisation’s risks appetite and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans for the organisation
• Facilitate transactions by conducting due diligence, preparing comprehensive reports for upper management and stakeholders and conduct these presentations for decision-making

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related area.
• Debt modelling and experience in the debt capital markets in structuring 
• Strong communicator who can present detailed financial information to upper management
