Compensation & Benefits Manager (APAC)
Looking for a data-driven Compensation & Benefits professional who is hands-on and and wants to drive C & B operations.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits
- Lead a small team and support all Compensation & Benefits operations activities in the APAC region including annual salary, bonus review, budgeting, costing and Collective Agreement renewals
- Drive budgeting, plan for manpower costing and resource planning for region
- Conduct market research, cost simulations and modelling
- Review accruals, and re-charging costs processes
- Oversee salary surveys and benefits review and make recommendations
- Work with local union in all industrial relations matters including Collective Agreement, building effective communication and manage any disciplinary cases
- Manage senior management contract renewals & reviewing total remuneration package
- Drive compliance and lead all C & B audits
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Proven experience of working with unions in collective agreement negotiations is ideal
- Ability to manage a small team
- Data-driven, analytical, logical individual and yet be able to see big picture beyond the numbers
- Willingness to be very hands-on and drive operational activities in a dynamic environment will be requisite to the role
