Responsibilities:

  • Support C & B team for Singapore and Regional APAC office
  • Consolidate data for cost-benefit analysis
  • Run cost simulations for budget planning and manpower planning purposes
  • Laise on cross charging and leave accruals
  • Support in administration of annual increment, bonus review
  • Sumit data for salary, benefits and regulatory surveys
  • Supports all upcoming C & B projects

Requirements:

  • 1 -2  years experience Compensation and benefits experience preferred
  • Diploma or General Degree or any related discipline, willing to consider fresh graduates
  • Prior experience in a C & B internship will be considered favourably
  • Possess a passion for numbers
  • Professional use of Microsoft excel, advanced level will be ideal
  • Willing to learn and possess a growth mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
