Compensation & Benefits Executive, APAC (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:
- Support C & B team for Singapore and Regional APAC office
- Consolidate data for cost-benefit analysis
- Run cost simulations for budget planning and manpower planning purposes
- Laise on cross charging and leave accruals
- Support in administration of annual increment, bonus review
- Sumit data for salary, benefits and regulatory surveys
- Supports all upcoming C & B projects
Requirements:
- 1 -2 years experience Compensation and benefits experience preferred
- Diploma or General Degree or any related discipline, willing to consider fresh graduates
- Prior experience in a C & B internship will be considered favourably
- Possess a passion for numbers
- Professional use of Microsoft excel, advanced level will be ideal
- Willing to learn and possess a growth mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
