Building Manager


  • Perform daily building inspections and regular testing to ensure building requirements are in compliance with authorities’ regulations, troubleshooting and following up on rectifications and recommendations when required
  • Manage various building facilities and amenities including property executives and outsource services such as security management, cleaning, landscaping, building sub-systems, and fire and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the M&E team for unit fit-out and reinstatement works throughout the testing and evaluation phases
  • Ensure that all contract administration, quotations, tenders and relevant documents are prepared and processed accordingly
  • Manage building tenant requests promptly and closely follow-up with recommendations and rectification works
  • Be the primary point-of-contact with tenants and external stakeholders to ensure improvement works are smoothly executed
  • Engage in continuous enhancement of the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards
  • Conduct mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises and inspection of fire protection facilities to ensure adherence to SCDF regulations


  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Building or Real Estate Management
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing Grade A Commercial Buildings
  • Fire Safety Manager Certification is ideal
  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Able to work independently with a collaborative mindset to engage all stakeholders
